How to restart my 2013 exercise regime

I have not been exercising  on the treadmill for two months now. I keep on postponing it.. This cardio exercise is recommended for me. I need to do it only 3 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Ever since I came from a month holiday in Krabi and London in December 2012, I have been just doing daily yoga stretches which is insufficient for stamina building and for the heart. Its been 'today I will do it' for weeks now. See whether I will start today since I have put it don in words here.
