My US journey in 2013

We arrived at JFK international airport on 23rd August after 25+ hrs flight via Dubai. I just cannot believe that I survived the journey. For convenience as I was still nursing my injured right knee, my daughter in law arranged for wheelchair care while at the airports. The convenience was so helpful and made our checking ins so easy. My son got us a car at the rental and we drove at 5 in the evening straight to Bethlehem city where Yana's University is situated. We settled in a beautiful suite room at Homewood Suite Hotel. To be close to Yana we stayed for 3 nights. We visited her dorm which I found it smaller than I anticipated.

Yana seemed happy with the University and was full of stories of her orientation experience. Its good to know that she has adjusted well. Yesterday evening we met up w her other University mates and the coordinator, Deborah, over dinner and heartening to know that everyone is enjoying life at Le High University.
